Formula 1

With the addition of Dave and Kerry on last weeks 7 we had 9 for the weeks racing meaning back to 4 in a race. Chris top qualified with 63.61, Graham second just over half a lap back. Sandy secured third 2 laps back. The first final was Mike, Kerry and Bob, with Mike completing all 3 minutes to record 27. Bob suffering from lack of grip scored a high 23, Kerry was now getting used to the new complex to finish 2nd on 25. The B final saw Dave and Eddie have a great battle at the front with Dave just piping Eddie by 1/4 of a lap. Mike Struggled and managed only 23, Ralph was a lap down after a poor start. With Dave joining the A finalists he managed another 29 to finish 3rd, Graham retired after 9 laps with low tyres. Sandy recorded a 31 after looking fast all night to win her first Oakland's club night. Chris finished 2nd after also running out of tyres.
