7 racers turned out, the same as the previous weeks racing. After sorting Dave’s Factory PC out after a power cut over the weekend racing stated at 8pm.
Class 1—1/32nd Sports
With each driver getting two heats, Chris T top qualified with a 29.58, using the car he had a backup for the area round. Graham was second with a 28, rounding out the A final was Brian also a 28 after using the car he had won the area round with. Dave out qualified Malcolm by 1 foot to take choice for the B Final.
The B Final was a close race, with Chris A, Dave and Malcolm all lead at one point. Dave was the quickest car on the track, but had to many offs, and decided after 20 laps he couldn't win so saved his tires for next month. Malcolm eventually won to take Red in the A final, by beating Chris A, by nearly a lap. James recorded his worst run of the night after a wrong lane, seemed to "upset" the cars handling.
The A Final saw Chris T, Graham and Brian all shoot off into a close battle. Brian came off on lap 2, to give Chris and Graham about half a lap lead. although both cars came off on the first corner, where Dave had a track call, because he was holding the track call remote in one hand, much of the upset to Brian. After the restart, Chris pulled about half a lap on Graham and kept the gap steady. Brian was catching Graham towards the end of the race, with Graham now low on tires, but held out to win the battle for second by 3 parts. Malcolm recorded his best run of the night, but was over a lap down on the top three.

Class 2—1/24th Saloon
Chris T and Graham both hit the 10 laps + in qualifying and were joined by Brian in the top group. Dave, Malcolm and Chris A, were all separated by 4 parts and James would have been close to them apart from an off on his last qualifying lap. Chris A lead from the off in Group B to record 118.51 laps for the top group to chase. Malcolm had a poor run on blue to record 115.95, but couldn't match Chris's score. James added four laps to his previous weeks score to improve to 108.43 to average just over 27's. Dave struggled with to much motor and big tires, to record 105.99 and found that his wire on his controller had broken, so he was getting intermittent speed causing most of the offs. Into the A group and Chris and Brian shot off with them side by side for about 2 mins. Chris came off to let Graham into second. Brian then had a few offs and put him over a lap down on the other two. He decided enough was enough and still in a huff over the A final from earlier in the night packed up and went, leaving Chris and Graham to try and beat Chris A score. The prognosis from the program showed that both baring any mishaps were both clear of beating this time. Chris ran out winner, just over two laps infront of Graham who beat Chris A score by 4 laps (it did help only having two cars on the track)
So a double win for Chris T
