We realise that joining a club and racing against experienced racers can be a little demoralising. For this reason we now run a Saturday club. This club is a unique opportunity for you where the racing will be for complete new comers. It is intended for 12 year olds and younger to race alongside their parents. The obvious thing was to name it a dads and lads club but we don't wish to exclude either girls or mums. The first season for this new club was for 10 weeks from Saturday 5th Jan 2008 to Saturday 8th March. This series proved to be reasonably successful and we are now running series 2 from 15th March onwards. However after the first three weeks, due to other commitments, the series will move to alternate Saturdays.

For the first two visits everyone will use the same club cars. However from your third week onwards you will be able to use your own car of the same type as our club cars, which cost about £50. We will organise the racing so that the adult/child are not in the same race so that they can share a car.

If you don't want to buy your own car then you can continue to use the club cars but there will be a hire charge of £1.50 per person per week to cover the cost of tyres and possible repairs. Racing fees will be £3 per week for adults and £2 per week for children, which must be paid prior to the start of racing. One adult can bring more than 1 child and also 1 child get be accompanied by more than 1 adult.
